Bleak surroundings - no landscaping, trees etc. Awful toilets in the 1930s building, bare concrete everywhere. No direct access to the tube station - the underpass under Warwick Road having been closed for many years.

Somehow there seemed to be a wonderful sense of warmth and community when the ideal home exhibition was on (a feeling exemplified by the warm mini Hovis loaves available there)

It seemed dated - I'd suggest your designers avoid architectural trends (if possible)
