The development is very high rise and does not offer any design vision for Earls Court.

The site requires more green spaces.

This development looks just like all development. It could be in Liverpool, Manchester or Stratford. If the pandemic taught us anything, it is what you leave out becomes the most important. Heat islands with small amounts of open green space are not the future in my opinion.

Good layout and open spaces

Inadequate provision for parking. Good to have some through roads connecting North End Road to Lillie Road or Warwick Road
