Reduce the amount of paved areas in favour of more open grassland for kids to run around.

This is a densely populated area so I don’t see this achieving expectation. It will be overcrowded and overshadowed by high rise buildings.

the trees will need to mature for this area to look authentic, it looks like it has good bones which will get better with time!

I strongly support the design principles especially the pedestrian areas, pedestrian links and green spaces. However the pedestrianised route should also run through to Aisgill Avenue in several places with the high wall which currently separates Aisgill Avenue from the scheme removed entirely to make the scheme easily accessible to people from who currently live at the south end of the estate behind the Empress State Building.
