• Tree lined streets and squares enhancing local biodiversity and taking cues from the local area
• Landscaped streets prioritising pedestrians and cyclists, with vehicular access where needed  
• A range of building typologies ranging from modern mansion blocks to smaller scale townhouses alongside Eardley Crescent, responding to the rich local architectural character 
• A welcoming arrival from Earl’s Court station through Warwick Square with planting redefining the steps for meeting and gathering
