Design principles: 

• A contemporary landscaped residential crescent drawing on local character and prioritising pedestrians 
• A residential neighbourhood with a range of housing typologies, cultural and community facilities, responding to the architectural heritage of the site 
• Scaled to respect neighbours, with lower buildings next to Philbeach Gardens and stepping up in height towards the northern edge of the Table
• Pedestrian friendly green streets provide connections to the Table with play space on the doorstep
