• Celebrating industrial heritage with a new destination square hosting pop-up events and cultural activity
• Innovative reuse of the train shed with creative and leisure uses at street level
• Well-connected residential neighbourhood with front doors onto the street 
• Stitching sensitively into the adjacent estates with lower buildings to the edges and quieter lanes
