 Design principles:

• Linking the public realm through a generous landscaped boulevard leading to the network of Exhibition Gardens
• Creating considered connections between the buildings and the wider area 
• A new commercial cluster at the north of the site next to West Kensington station creating a gateway along the A4.
• A mix of workspace, cafes and shops creating an active street
